We completed an ISO 9001:2015 project with Sultan Mosque (Singapore) as their ISO Consultant.

In July 2014, we have attained our ISO 9001:2008 certification.

April-2014, we are ‘Certified Halal Executive’ by JAKIM.

• To provide more services for our clients, we have started to do Halal Consultancy Services for clients interested to apply for JAKIM (Malaysia) Halal certifications.
• End-2012, Mr Ali and Ms Herni have attained the ‘Certified Halal Auditor’ certification conducted by JAKIM.
• Finally, we decided to incorporate in November 2012 and from then we are known as Aisar Aqid Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd.

• In mid-2011, our Principal Consultant – Ms Herni Fadlina, was registered and certified PMC Consultant (Halal specialization). This is an accreditation awarded by SBACC (Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council).
• Ms Herni Fadlina, was from the Pioneer batch to be certified under this National consultants’ accreditation scheme.
• BTW, Singapore is the only country that accredits consultants with Halal specialization.
• This recognition scheme is strongly supported by Singapore government and MUIS.
• The scheme is supported by MUIS and aims to help PMCs expand their business into the huge global Halal industry, estimated at USD2.1 trillion/yr, while also building a pool of quality Halal consultants to meet the needs of this increasingly complex industry.
• With the accreditation, Mr Mohd Ali B.R. decided to rebrand his service to a new name – ‘Aisar Aqid Consultancy & Services’

“Aisar” – which means ‘yang senang or mudah’ in Malay, or EASY in English

“Aqid” – means ‘yang bertuah’ or LUCKY.

Our CEO, Mr Mohd Ali B.R. started off by providing adhoc Muslim Ritual Cleansing Services (also known as ‘sertu’) in 2001. Muslim ritual cleansing or ‘sertu’ is a cleaning procedure that conforms to the Islamic guidelines by using processed earth water to clean any surfaces or utensils that has come in contact with sources of ‘najis’.

From providing Muslim Ritual Cleansing services, Mr Mohd Ali B.R has also gotten opportunities to provide Halal advisory services to those eating establishments that wanted to apply for MUIS Halal certifications.

Hence, with the demand and the trust that those individuals have in him, he started doing Halal consultancy services for clients who are interested to apply for Halal Certification(s) from MUIS (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore).
